I frequently tell clients that, "My job is to teach you how to be your own therapist so you don't need a therapist." There is nothing more valuable than your own independence. One of the most frequent complaints I hear about therapists is that they “just listen” to the client’s problems, and “reflect” what the client says, with little or no feedback or suggestions as to how to help the client solve their problems. While there is tremendous benefit in hearing and understanding the problem, clients need more than “just listening.”

With almost 20 years of experience in helping clients be better, I take my responsibility to my clients seriously. Because of this I only work with clients who are willing to take responsibility for what they want to accomplish, achieve, or resolve. My services are geared toward responsible adults.
