Personal Statement
Your life is too precious to live emotionally exhausted, stuck, anxious or depressed. My practice is dedicated to providing counseling and therapeutic coaching services for adult women. Specialization areas include depression, anxiety and eating disorders. My passion is to help women feel comfortable in their own skin, connected in their relationships and live with joy, peace and confidence.
Over my 20 years of counseling experience I have worked with survivors and offenders of domestic violence, survivors and offenders of sexual abuse, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, perinatal mood disorders and relationships. Noting that much of what people struggle with is influenced by, and impacts, key relationships I began to dedicate my focus to helping people heal and navigate relational challenges.
Being a naturally curious person, I am always reading, researching and learning something new. I love to laugh and very passionate about my family. My Christian faith is strong and, although I will always refer to myself as a work in progress, I actively approach my faith journey with intent and an open heart.
