Personal Statement

Joanna is an experienced clinician offering individual therapy to adults. She strongly believes that treatment modalities must be tailored to each person’s unique needs and she utilizes her training in psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, somatic/sensory, and attachment theories to inform her work.

My practice, TogetherWell, was born out of my strong belief that opportunities for healing and growth are significantly enhanced by the strength of therapeutic connection and trust. It is only in a safe, collaborative partnership between client and therapist that you can freely explore old patterns, develop new emotional skills and strategies, strengthen supports, and create lasting change. You don't have to manage alone. We'll do it together.

I specialize in prenatal and postpartum mental health, as well as helping adults navigate quarter life issues.
