Personal Statement

I see an array of clients, however I primarily conduct individual therapy, with adjunct family sessions as indicated. I utilize a holistic approach in our work together, utilizing the body and mind to guide us to your overall mental health goals. My main role as your therapist is to facilitate growth and change so you can achieve the greatest version of yourself.

Taking the first step is sometimes the hardest. Here at Nautilus, I believe that therapy is not a one stop shop. I meet each and every client where you are and formulate techniques and approaches around your goals.
