Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma (I offer EMDR), relationship issues, or life changes like struggles with your faith, I am here to help guide you and empower you towards your goals and healing. I am both empathetic & validating, while also wanting to come up with actual solutions to your problems and not waste your time. I want to get straight to what we can do to help you live a happier and more fulfilling life. I love meeting new clients and be able to offer them the hope they so desperately need in their life that it can get better.

I know life feels hopeless at times, and how awful it can feel. I am here to help you have hope during every step of the process, and start making some actual changes in your life. There is nothing more rewarding to me than meeting new people and being able to help them make positive changes in their life when they thought all hope was lost.
