Personal Statement
I am licensed by the State of Louisiana Board of Examiners as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have experience with helping clients with a wide array of problems such as: codependency, relationship issues, self esteem, anxiety, and depression. I also offer affirmative counseling for the LGBT community.
I approach client concerns from a solution-focused perspective. I believe that we all possess the strengths and resources needed to overcome life's challenges. It is my job to elicit those strengths and resources while providing support and guidance as you walk through your journey.
I enjoy helping people fulfill their goals and work towards bettering themselves. I hold that counseling isn't just for those in crisis, but instead, it's for anyone who is seeking to improve their quality of life. I make it a priority to treat clients with value and integrity.
I have years of experience in helping individuals , couples, and families. I work with people who are trying to find solutions for their depression, anxiety, grief, stress, and relationship conflicts.
