I am privileged to be part of your support journey as you seek hope, health and recovery to various life challenges. I have over 23 years experience in mental health and addiction counseling services. I believe therapy should move at your own pace and believe treatment and technique you should be able to request as part of your treatment plan. I would be honored to throw a life vest to the issues that drown you.

Our treatment center is designed to focus on your needs, to move at your pace and help motivate and guide you to resolution or methods to cope with a variety of life issues and challenges. Please note, regardless of why you came to treatment, all services online via Telehealth or site locations are through individual counseling sessions only. The exception to this is our Parent Boundaries Group open to the Public.
