Welcome! Your willingness to take this next step in your relationship is an important one. My hope is that we work together to help you strengthen and grow your friendship, recover fondness and admiration, and more deeply understand your partner to help instill empathy and improve communication. I have completed level 3 training in Gottman Method therapy and look forward to starting our journey together!

My name is Jennifer and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Certified Art Therapist. My ability to work creatively with children and families comes from a strong desire to help people realize their human potential. Every person I work with has unique capabilities, and through the use of art and talk, we can create better self-awareness and esteem, mood regulation, and problem-solving skills. I am a mother, teacher, artist, and confidant, and I use all my experiences in life to help others help themselves.
