Personal Statement

Being a solution-focused therapist, my objective is to help you clear the path toward renewal and resolution. Whether you are looking to alter negative behavior and thought patterns, face a painful past injury, or you simply want to make a transition in your life’s path, together, we can work on eliminating roadblocks and finding your truth.

I treat adolescents and adults, either individually or as couples. I provide therapeutic services for depression and anxiety, grief counseling, conflict resolution, stress management, and counseling for career issues. Working with a number of techniques, I integrate many methods to personalize the therapeutic process. I can use eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) and equestrian assisted psychotherapy, in addition to more traditional psychotherapy techniques.
