Personal Statement

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering individual and group therapy services as well as clinical supervision. I work with adults and adolescents (14yo+) who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders and/or trauma-related disorders. I became a therapist in order to help guide those who are experiencing a desire to change, make improvements, or take steps toward a better quality of life. We each have potential for growth and change. My passion is to help individuals thrive and overcome difficulties in their lives through the therapeutic process.

I utilize several evidence-based modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) Acudetox, and Internal Family Systems. I am also a clinical supervisor with several years of experience supervising clinicians.
