*ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS* John 16:33 says “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” Many of us will experience depression, anxiety, and difficult relationships in this life. Perhaps you have tried to overcome these struggles before, without success. But this time, by adding scripture and prayer to traditional counseling, you will have a unique therapy experience designed to help you overcome your past and step into your future knowing exactly who you are designed to be! In our time together you will actually be equipped with the tools you need to unlock your God-given potential and purpose:

We will work through exercises that will: identify the origins of your pain, address behavioral patterns passed down through your family (and learn how to break the chains), identify and replace negative thought patterns that are keeping you stuck (with the truth of His Word), and work towards forgiveness of yourself and others (that will lead to freedom).

I treat individuals, couples, & families (children 13+). For couples, I use the Gottman Method combined with the Biblical design of marriage; I also provide Premarital Counseling.
