Personal Statement

I provide Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (IS-TDP). I use this method to treat individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, addictions, substance and alcohol abuse, LBGT issues, trauma, grief, and other transitional complexities. Couples in conflict can also benefit from my objective and open guidance toward resolution. In addition to therapies for individuals and couples, I offer group psychotherapy for individuals that have common difficulties and goals. Current sessions include the Mixed-Gender Therapy Group.

I am also available for presentations and training of other therapists. These educational opportunities are focused mostly on how to begin a therapy practice and an introduction to IS-TDP. I have created recurring, monthly training sessions that demonstrate authentic therapy sessions. These training videos focus on specific theories and how they can be applied to interventions. I can also be available for clinical supervision and substance abuse intervention training.
