There are times in all of our lives when we experience challenging emotional situations. Life does not come with instructions. I would like to invite you to begin a journey with me where anxiety, depression, loneliness, addiction, or emotional dysregulation are no longer controlling factors in your life. I believe strongly in creating a safe, open and non-judgmental environment in order for individuals to feel comfortable expressing themselves and to work through difficult and complex issues.
