Personal Statement

So many people struggle with stress, anger, depression, anxiety, grief, parenting dilemmas, relationship/separation/divorce, trauma, self-esteem, or spiritual issues. Others need to heal unresolved pain, guilt, or their past. These are all excellent reasons to seek therapy.

I am a former teacher and missionary. I have been counseling since 2003. My counseling style is warm, authentic, and non-judgmental. I believe in treating everyone with respect. We can address current or unresolved issues from your past. I can also counsel from a Christian-based standpoint if preferred.

I am licensed to counsel Texas residents, and my practice is via telehealth. I do not accept insurance, but I charge $75-$90 per session and we can meet weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. I offer reduced-fee services on a sliding scale to those who cannot afford traditional fees for mental health services.

I have helped many clients through teletherapy within the comfort of their own homes and offices.
