Personal Statement

Are you feeling stuck in life and don't know why? Are you finding yourself caught in a pattern of unhealthy relationships? Are you having a hard time understanding your feelings? Do you wish you could develop more confidence in your relationships/career? Sometimes we may feel locked in unhelpful patterns, or have trouble understanding the emotions we feel, and need a little clarity to make a positive shift. I’m here to bring light to those areas and provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore your struggles and inner experience.

Through the therapy journey, I strive to help individuals learn how to better understand themselves, manage life’s difficulties, and create healthy relationships. I believe increasing self-understanding can help guide us toward positive change. With those insights, I teach skills to help you build inner strength and create a more authentic, satisfying life.

I work with adults struggling with: relationship issues, work/life stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, career issues, life transitions, and more. I also strive to provide a safe, affirmative space for LGBTQ+.
