If you are struggling with anxiety or depression, having difficulties with relationships or want to get more out of life, psychotherapy can make a real difference. It is important to find someone with whom you feel comfortable and who has the skills to really listen and help.

When conflicts in your life prevent you from personal growth and wellness, or from enjoying relationships, it is essential to find a path toward resolution. I am an experienced psychotherapist and psychoanalyst with the skills necessary to see you through such struggles. I provide each client a comfortable and non-judgmental environment to express fears, desires, anger, and other overwhelming emotions.

As a licensed clinical social worker and certified psychoanalyst, I assist adolescents and adults in self-discovery and moving forward. My experience includes helping clients through grief and loss, depression and anxiety, sexuality, self-esteem issues, parenting concerns, and relationship conflicts. I also offer treatment for eating disorders, coping with chronic illness or disability, adult survivors of childhood neglect and/or abuse, infertility issues, body issues, substance abuse, and other challenges.
