Personal Statement

My goal with every client is to provide an engaging, supportive and empathetic environment where the client feels relevant. I believe that therapy is about discovery and growth and both can happen when working in an appropriate environment.

Throughout my career I have worked extensively with families, as well as, individual clients and couples. I now primarily work with individuals over the age of 18. My practice focuses on the use of EMDR to assist individuals in healing and moving through their stuck places.

Finding the balance in life can be difficult and when we are not functioning at your best it can affect us emotionally and physically and interfere with our relationships. If you are seeking a new direction, the ability to heal or the desire to get past your stuck places I would like to assist you on your journey.
