Personal Statement

Hi, I’m a family therapist working with couples to improve communication and respect. I want to save your marriage while giving you the tools to de-escalate and feel heard. Together we will reduce defensiveness, silent treatments ( stonewalling) and bring the relationship to a better healthy place in a short amount of time. I practice CBT, Person Centered Solution Focused Therapy and trained in EMDR to reduce your anxiety and pain from the past that’s currently affecting you and your family.

I’m a Certified Counselor Trauma professional to help reduce negative behaviors and thinking that’s gets people to bad place which can be from childhood issues or an abusive relationship. We will work together to reach your goals so if your feeling sad thinking it’s been years, things will never change, I disagree if they have time I have hope.
