I work with individuals who have severe substance use disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders, panic disorders, bi-polar disorders, personality disorders, victims involved in human trafficking, domestic violence victims and perpetrators, depressive disorders, eating disorders and extreme childhood traumatic experiences. You do not have to do this alone.

I am here to help you process thoughts, build coping skills and healthy habits, effectively communicate, and allow yourself to become vulnerable again at your own pace.
