Personal Statement

Hi my name is Jackie and I am passionate about helping individuals that may feel lost, stuck, or disconnected from their own lives. My goal is to help my clients take a deeper look and find the root cause of their emotional pain and work together to create lasting change. I offer my clients a holistic, client centered, and strengths based approach to work towards learning the proper skills needed to heal and create the life and relationships they desire.

My areas of focus are eating disorders, trauma, depression and anxiety. I lead with CBT, DBT, and EMDR because they are empowering approaches that help clients overcome obstacles, while also teaching them how to think differently and yield different results in their relationship to self and others.

The therapeutic relationship is based on trust and safety, therefore I believe in creating a judgement free zone and allow my clients the space to heal at their own pace. I find it an honor to walk along side you in this journey because we are not meant to do this alone.
