Personal Statement

Life is filled with many challenges and receiving ethical and compassionate care shouldn't be one of them. My name is Jacky and I have worked with individuals, groups, and families in a variety of settings. I draw upon a variety of therapeutic techniques when treating individuals as no one individual is the same and I wholeheartedly believe in treating the whole person - both whole-istically and holistically. My goal is to inspire creative solutions to the challenges you may face.

I also believe in an alternative and holistic approach to therapy and am trained in White Light Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. I am excited about the opportunity to work collaboratively with you and embarking on this therapeutic journey of insight, healing, and growth.
