Personal Statement

Counseling is a great opportunity for growth and increased self awareness. Whether you are in the middle of a crisis, or feel like you just haven't been yourself lately, counseling might be a great next step. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. It is a privilege to walk through life's challenges with my clients.

I believe in the ability for people to become socially, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually well when given a safe place to work on personal goals. I work with couples to build a deeper bond that is better prepared to withstand the demands of life. My goal is to provide a safe and judgement-free zone where you are can work on the things that bring you in for counseling.

I help families understand how each person affects the other and how these automatic patterns can be upgraded. I also work with individuals seeking to conquer issues from the past or present. Together, we can explore the past in order to bring healing and a renewed sense of understanding and purpose to the present.
