Personal Statement

How cool that you found your way to me! I'm a psychotherapist and life coach focusing on helping young adult women to up their self-esteem, decrease anxiety and doubt in order to have lives they're totally obsessed with. I believe that the truly important work happens between the actual meetings which is why I make myself super available to you. I don't just have a weekly session, I provide regular contact to my clients, weekly and monthly bonuses as well as guided meditations.

Therapy is about experiencing freedom from suffering and creating changes that will help you live a more authentic, fulfilling life. I use a mindfulness and strengths-based approach with each client, focusing on your unique needs and how to best help craft a plan that enables you to feel better faster.

I have an eclectic psychotherapy style and do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to mental health treatment. When we begin our work together we will start by setting your goals and getting to know each other as I do an in-depth clinical evaluation in order to pinpoint exactly what’s happening with your mental health and functioning. You will be issued a detailed clinical treatment plan and customized goals to make sure that we are constantly working together to measure our success.
