Personal Statement

I believe it's very natural and intuitive to combine mental health with mind-body therapies. Our mind and bodies are two significant aspects of who we are. What we think has a direct impact on how we feel and the way in which our bodies respond.

I want to help my clients decrease stress, depression, and anxiety. I want then help them achieve balance in mind and body, discover what inspires them, live their lives with purpose and vitality, and live the most present and joyful life possible.

My approach is to create space in which my clients feel safe and understood. No individual session or workshop will look the same. I meet my clients where they are on any given day and determine the best strategy to manage what is presenting. My work rests on the belief that working with individuals is a continuously unfolding process that shifts as my clients are able to make choices to support the way they would like to feel. When we make choices based on supporting how we'd like to feel, our true paths become illuminated.
