Personal Statement

I am no stranger to trauma and difficult life transitions; born with birth defects, and have endured infertility, adoption agencies, multiple surgeries, loss of pregnancy, divorce, single parenting, rape, abuse, the empty nest, loss of a parent, a mother with Parkinson's disease, special need child and grandchildren, catastrophic events, chronic pain, and more-yet I discovered that these trials were opportunities to grow me! When I sought counseling for my own issues-I knew that this was something I was called to do for others.

I began Heal and Hope Counseling Services, LLC and have a vast variety or remarkable counselors in our team that I handpicked. We have a PhD, MA-SW, LPC, LMFT, and more-with some speaking Spanish, others able to provide ASL, with excellent knowledge of skills to help a diverse population-ages 4-100; regarding relational, behavioral, mental, emotional, and emotional therapeutic needs.

I have served 9 counties with individual, group, marriage, family, and certified classes; providing CCFT, outpatient therapy-utilizing an eclectic and integrative modalities to help clients.
