My work, web site and writings are dedicated to empowering people in relationships. Through a combination of deep healing and practical skill mastery you'll feel confident, clear, compassionate and empowered in the relationships that matter most to you. I treat "the relationship" - that space between you and whomever.

Could be between you and different parts of you (your inner critic, sloth, perfectionist, task master) or between you and someone you love (or want to love more). My whole career has been dedicated to understanding and improving the art of relationship. Being invited into a world of relating-to another pulls us beyond ourselves in a uniquely helpful way. We don't learn this stuff in school so learning how to love another makes all the difference.
