Personal Statement

I am a therapist with evening and Saturday hours available. When I show you that you can have control over your thoughts and feelings it feels very empowering and can drastically improve your life. You can then go through life feeling happier and more empowered. With couples and families, I have seen how often just making some adjustments makes a big difference in improving the happiness and quality of parent child, and couples relationships. I can help you make those adjustments and move on to a happier relationship and family life. I can help you heal bad memories.

If you are struggling with negative feelings, such as depression, anxiety or anger due to bad experiences. I can help you heal the feelings from that memory. I am the author of the book "Heal Your Memories, Change Your Life". If you have bad memories I have healing tools.

I am one of 33 people classified as having Highly Superior Autobiographical Memory by the University of California. I have had to heal my own bad memories that I can't forget. This is why I can help you eliminate the bad feelings from your past and move on.
