Personal Statement
My goal is to help people in how they manage the stress and anxieties in life. Often, the way we perceive a problem greatly affects how we deal (or don't deal) with that problem. Building on insight and self-awareness, we can move the mountains in our minds so we can see a clearer picture of ourselves and the world around us-- improving our ability to cope, our self esteem, and the quality of our personal relationships. I will help provide you with practical and useful tools to cope.
There are several points in our lives when we are faced with challenging transitions. These transitions may include changes in a person's health, career, family, relationships, education, access to support, retirement or the many other areas that challenge us throughout our life span.
