Personal Statement

The mission of my work is to help people achieve balance and wellness. Balance occurs when the Four Dimensions of Life Concept (physical, mental/emotional, social, and spiritual aspects) are appropriately developed. When a person neglects one or more of these aspects, they can suffer from a number of issues due to the resulting imbalance. Through a variety of alternative and complementary methods, I can help others gain insight toward development and healing.

I offer traditional psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I am also experienced and trained to provide a variety of other services that promote health and wellness, including Reiki, hypnotherapy, Emotion Freedom Techniques (EFT), the Sedona Method, and Psych-k. These complementary therapeutic methods can support changes such as smoking cessation, weight loss, conflict resolution, or stress management.

Some people may feel that they need a change in direction for their lives. For these clients, I offer psycho-spiritual counseling, as well as Akashic Records and Wisdom Teachings from the Bible and other traditions.
