Life gets complicated for all of us and sometimes we need to reach out for help. I can help if you are experiencing relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, addiction, low self-worth, grief and loss, or current or past trauma. I have 10 years experience working with these issues and problems. My goal is to help you. Whether it be life, career, personal, and/or professional goals.

We all experience stress and conflict at work. Sometimes it becomes overwhelming and unmanageable and we need to ask for help. I can teach you stress management techniques, time management skills, relationship conflict resolution, or be a life coach

The nature of my business is to provide business mediation and conflict management services, stress management, outpatient individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
