Personal Statement

Erin is a Licensed Professional Counselor who sees the relationship between therapist and client as a gift and a collaborative opportunity to go farther than you’ve ever dared to go. She encourages clients to question deeply held beliefs, challenge the rules that hold us back, change the stories we create and cling to, and break free from the armor that keeps us “safe” and hidden. She believes when you show up in her office, no matter how hesitant or skeptical of the process, no matter how scared to face pain and truth, no matter how exhausted - you have power.

Working from a strengths-based perspective, I view therapy as a collaborative effort. I greatly value identifying the clients’ own strengths and resiliencies in finding new solutions and perspectives. Therapy provides a safe and respectful environment for you to create new possibilities, connect with yourself and others, face a difficult past, or simply to find balance and live more fully.
