Personal Statement

Hi! I am passionate about working with children and adults who have experienced difficult life experiences using a therapeutic approach called EMDR. These difficult experiences and their associated symptoms can be varied. Often, individuals do not realize that their depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and or troubling behaviors are actually due to life experiences that go unfinished in their minds and or bodies. EMDR can help adults and children heal their past and move forward onto a more positive and fulfilling path.
