Personal Statement

My goal as a psychotherapist is to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing and feel heard about where you are physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually from the moment you walk in the door. Together, we prioritize your goals and explore the best way to help you achieve them.

I am a general practitioner with a wealth of experience counseling teens, adults, couples, and families in the areas of anxiety, depression, life transitions, pre/post natal issues, chronic illness/pain, PTSD and trauma. My specialized experience gives me a unique lens that I use to help identify and tailor a plan of care that meets your individual needs.

Of most importance to me is creating an environment and therapeutic relationship that honors every person's privacy, past experiences, and struggles. Whether you feel like you are currently struggling or in a reflective space in life, our work together can meet your needs.
