Personal Statement

I see nature as one avenue to promote healing and growth. I work with individuals to build bridges in connection with themselves and the community. Previous experience working with youth and adults in wilderness settings helped to develop adaptability in changing environments and situations.

I have worked with people from a wide range of racial and ethnic backgrounds, people with intercultural lives and experiences, artists and creatives, highly sensitive people, folks who identify as polyamorous or non-monogamous, sex workers, people with disabilities, people with chronic and/or critical illness, and people who have experienced various kinds of trauma.

My experience working in community mental health has provided me with a range of practice engaging with children and adults, both individually and in group settings.
