Taking the initial step to find the right fit for your therapy is brave and inspiring. My hope is that you find your therapy with me to be a collaborative and authentic experience in developing the skills and tools needed to live a values driven life. My sincere hope is that you leave treatment with not only a better understanding of yourself, but an appreciation for your own resiliency and confidence in your ability to navigate and pursue your chosen life's path.

Elizabeth Didie’s clinical and research background is in OCD Spectrum Disorders – specifically BDD, OCD, and eating disorders. Her work currently focuses on the assessment and treatment of BDD in adults and adolescents, the treatment of eating disorders, the role of interpersonal factors in BDD’s clinical presentation and treatment, and understanding the interface between eating disorders, OCD, and BDD. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Didie provides workshops to health care providers about evidence-based assessment methods and treatment for BDD. She serves as a clinical supervisor to psychology residents and fellows.
