My hope is that you find your therapy with me to be a collaborative and authentic experience in developing the skills and tools needed to live a values driven life. My sincere hope is that you leave treatment with not only a better understanding of yourself, but an appreciation for your own resiliency and confidence in your ability to navigate and pursue your chosen life's path.
