Dr. Victoria Smith has a doctoral degree in clinical psychology and is a Licensed Psychologist (PSY650) in Wyoming and (PSY203219) in Idaho. Dr. Smith received her B.A. from Dickinson College, and her M.A. and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California. She specializes in psychological assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. While completing her doctoral degree, Dr. Smith received extensive training in both psychological assessment and psychotherapy. She has trained in correctional settings, crisis centers, community mental health centers, private practice, outpatient centers, and school-based settings. She completed her pre-doctoral internship training at Community Reach Center (APA Accredited) in Denver, Colorado, where she obtained experience conducting a range of psycho-diagnostic and developmental evaluations, including assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Dr. Smith also received extensive training in client centered, psychodynamic and evidenced based (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) treatments. Dr. Smith also received training in couples and family therapy as well as play therapy with young children.
Dr. Smith obtained post-doctoral specialization in psychological assessment services through Snowy Range Consulting LLC, a private practice in Laramie, Wyoming. While in her post-doctoral year she obtained experience conducting a range of psychoeducational and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents and adults manifesting a wide range of emotional, behavioral, cognitive, memory, learning, executive functioning, and developmental challenges.
