My approach is to help you create a passionate crystal clear goal for yourself - one where the fun loving spontaneous child in you wins. Goals that seem like demands and finger pointing from a parent figurehead in your mind are likely to be met with passive-aggressive resistance and self-sabotage. We have to set up the goal very carefully. The goal needs to be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and needs a time table.
My approach is not that you are sick, broken, or need help, but that you could benefit from a confidential, accepting person who shows incredible understanding and will humbly encourage, strategize with you, and fully accept you as we collaborate together so that you can be "all you can be." To live with joy, purpose, and zest. Let me assist you with being the best you and discovering and achieving incredibly lofty goals. 27 years of deeply studying and practicing helping to facilitate major permanent changes.
