Personal Statement
Whatever your reasons for seeking out a therapist, I can help you find insight and happiness. Life’s complexities can become overwhelming and stressful; however, with objective and competent guidance, it is possible to navigate through them with ease and clarity.
My approach to psychotherapy is to bring my clients to a place of awareness. To do this, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to achieve understanding. In a short time, you will learn how to cope better with conflicting thoughts and behaviors, and you will find practical solutions to reach your goals.
I offer 90-minute therapy sessions, which are longer than typical. Most people find this length to be helpful in their resolution, recovery, and renewal. I also provide therapy via FaceTime and Skype, in addition to face-to-face counseling.
Other services available to clients include supervision and practice management for professionals, neuropsychological evaluations, parenting tools, and second opinion/consultations regarding mental health evaluations.

Our work together will focus on improving the quality of your life. Although what motivates someone to begin therapy varies greatly from person to person, the end result of our sessions is generally the same. People feel less anxious, less overwhelmed, less reactive and have a more satisfying life overall.
