Personal Statement

Author, therapist and love relationship expert. Formerly the director of The Institute for Unlimited Human Potential and an adjunct professor at Antioch University in Los Angeles. My career in psychology has spanned over two decades and includes a practice in individual, couple, and group therapy.

Often the unconscious, blocked energy in conjunction with contextual situations, which are represented in the emotional state of the body, has not been connected and unified with the flow of energy. The understanding of these processes, and their integration, is one of the unique benefits of somatic psychotherapy.

I have extensive experience in such specialized fields as chemical abuse, codependency, sexual addiction, family counseling, crisis intervention, couples coaching, grief work, energetic integration and women's issues.

I have studied extensively on both coasts, attending USC, New York University, University of California Santa Cruz, and she received her masters degree in psychology from California State University.
