Personal Statement
I take a whole-person, integrative approach based on my 40+ years of education, training, and experience in psychotherapy, psychology, nutrition, medicine, eating disorders, and addictions and anger management. I have a PhD and MS in counseling psychology, a MS in the biological sciences and medicine and a BS in Hospital Dietetics.
I have and continue to give lectures on a variety of issues related to nutrition and eating disorders to students from grade school through graduate education programs, professional organizations, and private companies. I also provide consultation and education to professionals who need help with their patients who struggle with Eating Disorders.
