Shemsi brings a unique background, life experience and in-depth professional training to her work. With expertise in treating a wide variety of difficulties, including those listed above, the work is always individualized and responsive to your particular needs and situation. Drawing on a network of skilled professionals, there may be times when a consult with a psychopharmacologist, pain specialist, internist or other professional might be recommended. This will always be done with frequent communication, including any individuals you already work with and wish to include in a team approach. Alternatively, you may wish for no one to know you are in therapy. Treating struggling professionals who tend to suffer in silence is one of her specialties.

As a couples counselor with a focus on communication skills and working with subconscious patterns, as well as in-depth training in Core Voice Dialogue, and couples work, she will work with you to provide very individualized care. Core Dialogue is ng advanced training in accessing subconscious patterns which contribute to suffering. She welcomes the opportunity to work with you, your family or those you love.
