Think of me as someone who understands many facets of mental health and recovery. My career in education, mental health, and recovery are significant influences on my practice. I use education and talk therapy to help you determine a mental wellness plan designed just for you. I am also a trauma-informed and EMDRIA-Approved EMDR therapist.
