Personal Statement
Clinical and Professional Psychologist Robert Irwin is the founder and CEO of the Sport of Mind Institute, specializes as a clinical psychologist with a cutting edge mindset from neuroscience. He realizes that life is about how our perceptions have created current predominant beliefs. From this premise, he created "IDEAL Plan" and the Belief Matrix. Over 5000 clients have utilized this clinically proven and scientific approach to overcoming life's obstacles. He utilizes the recent neuroscience discoveries (including NeuroFeedback) in fitness and health using the conscious brain to re-program the all powerful subconscious beliefs.
Rob's passion to understand human behavior was not exclusive to the game of golf. Rob’s father was a well-distinguished amateur golfer and therefore Rob spent much of his childhood on golf courses in LA. He was five years old when he discovered his natural ability at the sport. Rob continued to improve his game and played junior golf against some of the world’s top players including Eric Meeks, who won the US Open Amateur and Bob May who lost to Tiger Woods in a play off at the PGA Championship.
Rob became aware early on that he found more satisfaction helping other golfers improve their game than pursuing a career in professional golf. This realization was the precursor to Rob’s decision to follow a profession in Sports Psychology, a field that would share his passion for golf and helping people.
The conscious brain 5% has the power to re-program the all powerful subconscious (95%) brain and it's automatically programmed Beliefs.
The strategies you'll discover will help make you more confident and hopeful toward the life you desire. Most of the time we all ready have everything we want. Joy can be elusive but we are all capable of living our ideal life.

Dr. Rob Irwin has devoted his life to the study of human behavior and personal motivation. His study of the human mind began when he was quite young. Raised by a doctor and psychologist, his unique and keen interest in human behavior was encouraged by his parents through books and other resources. Rob enthusiastically immersed himself in these materials and even attended training seminars to develop his understanding of the mind starting at the age of seven.
