Personal Statement
During the past five decades, I have conducted a clinical psychology practice, as a therapist-teacher-author-and consultant. Those who seek my services feel better, think better and have better relationships. Primarily, I apply cutting-edge tools that help people achieve what they want-- rather than simply "overcoming problems!" Specifically, I help them identify then build the skill set they will need to be successful, by offering an innovative approach to making powerful, positive decisions. And I offer generous discounts.
Our work is about developing an experiential realization of who you most are at your "best", and then using this knowledge as a lens through which to view the world and live the life you most desire; one in which you make useful decisions. I work with adults, adolescents and children.
Clients shift from where they hold limitations--in their bodies-- to where their strengths lie. This is a powerful and rewarding process! At my website, see also: (1) My book, "Decisions, Decisions", available everywhere! (2) Hundreds of published newspaper & magazine articles (3) Counseling by phone: convenient, affordable. Innovative- from anywhere.
In short, my work has been helping people achieve useful, lasting changes by learning how their bodies affect emotions.
