Personal Statement

I can help you to feel empowered to have healthier relationships, increased self-esteem, and less worry. My expertise is in working with women who are struggling with relationships or are going through difficult times and want to feel better about themselves and their choices. We'll work best together if you really want to develop insight into patterns that seem to keep you stuck and change those patterns in order to feel better about yourself and your direction in life.

Change can be really hard. I provide you with a safe and nonjudgmental atmosphere so that we can work together to help you to make the changes that you want to make in your life.

I provide individual and couples counseling for those going through difficult times in their lives and their relationships. I can help you to have better relationships, less worry, and increased self-esteem. I have been there. I understand and can help you to move forward.
