Personal Statement

My passion is equipping individuals with the best tools to navigate and build on their individual and relational strengths. It is never too late to begin the rewarding life journey of emotional health alongside those we love. My family motivates me to discover better ways to communicate and understand the people I love since, I believe we are all motivated by love and a need to belong. I encourage you to take a pro-active, intelligent approach and create the life and relationships you’ve longed for.

I use Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) strategies, YogaCalm and Clinical Hypnosis as adjunct approaches to Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

For over 20 years I have experienced the privilege of working in Africa, Europe, Australia and the United States of America, helping people from various cultural backgrounds deal with significant life transitions and challenges.
