Welcome, Finding a therapist that you can develop a relationship with is essential towards reaching your goals. I am an experienced, warm and empathic psychologist and art therapist. I have been in private practice for over 10 years. I bring a variety of empirically based therapeutic methods to best help you. Treatment is determined by assessing an individual's life history and relationships with a focus on current stressors. Each client's personality dynamics and ideal goals are considered as part of a collaborative approach. I am here to help.
Utilizing a collaborative approach and a creative, psychodynamic, person centered perspective helps me to best serve my clients discover their strengths and heal resulting in richer, more meaningful experiences.
