Personal Statement

In 2007, I started a small, quality and evidence based therapeutic, neuro and psychological clinic operating in a patient-friendly environment. I wanted a CBT based yet relaxed and pioneering environment for my clients to promote the emotional, mental, spiritual, relational and academic/professional well-being without feeling stigmatized. My focus has been and will continue to be in responsiveness, structure, uniqueness and innovation in addition to being traditional.

I've worked extensively with ages 5 to 65 performing therapy as well as psychological and neuropsychological assessments. Anxiety, depression, ADHD, pain and weight management, and eating DO are some areas of my expertise. My doctorate degree is accredited by the American Psychological Association and I've been in the field since 1998.

The underlying cause of a person's problems isn't always clear. My modern clinical tools well as my experience as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) help me use data oriented tools like standardized instruments to monitor whether treatment is effective or not.
