Personal Statement

Hello! I am a licensed mental health counselor, and I want to help you on your Powerful Journey toward renewed focus and positive action. I provide many services to individuals, couples, and families including clients of all ages and experiences. The goal of my coaching and counseling is to give people developmental opportunities through life skills workshops and private sessions. My work is dedicated to a philosophy that all individuals deserve happiness and harmony, and each is capable of producing the desirable life experiences.

At present, I provide therapy for a range of issues, including but not limited to obesity, academic underachievement, depression, anxiety, divorce, family conflict, behavioral issues, grief, parenting, career counseling, trauma, women’s and men’s issues, and many more of life’s challenges. I provide workshops to help people identify and strengthen their “self-mastery muscles”—consisting of self-discipline, awareness, focus, and responsibility. You are the master of your destiny, and you can be the conductor of your journey.
