I work with adults, couples, and adolescents struggling with depression & anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and parenting. My therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives, and is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS).

I also offer short-term psychological consultation, as well as dating & relationship coaching. All services are remote.
